ABA ILS & DRS and Jus Mundi Announce a Co-Sponsorship

Press Release

Paris, 22 February 2024

Jus Mundi and the International Law Section & Section of Dispute Resolution of the American Bar Association Announce Collaborative Co-Sponsorship to Enhance Global Awareness of Arbitration in the United States.

Jus Mundi is proud to cooperate with the International Law Section (ILS) & Section of Dispute Resolution (DRS) of the American Bar Association (ABA) to collect non-confidential commercial arbitration materials and landmark arbitration-related judicial decisions from the United States and beyond to make them easily available to the global arbitration community.

The objective of this sponsorship alliance between the ABA ILS & ABA DRS and Jus Mundi is to share arbitration developments and best practices from the US and ABA ILS & DRS members, while fostering greater accessibility to legal insights and uniting the international arbitration community.

Jus Mundi has been publishing commercial arbitration materials in its database since April 2020. This co-sponsorship will notably bolster Jus Mundi’s coverage of commercial arbitration in the United States.

“We are thrilled to partner with the ABA ILS & DRS and their members,” said Annie Lespérance, Head of Americas at Jus Mundi. “This collaboration will provide our users with a wealth of information and insights from the United States and help us to further expand our platform’s coverage in both domestic and international arbitration.”

“We are excited that our members will soon find a quick way to access Jus Mundi’s materials through a link on our Section’s website,” said David A. Schwartz, the International Law Section Chair.

“The Section of Dispute Resolution is excited to partner with Jus Mundi and share their services with our members to enhance the global awareness of arbitration.”– Ana Sambold, Section of Dispute Resolution Chair.

Jus Mundi and the ABA ILS & ABA DRS share a commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and excellence in arbitration, and this collaborative co-sponsorship represents a significant step forward in realizing that vision.
