Congratulations to our Arbitration Practitioner of the Week, Santiago Dellepiane, a Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group and Co-Chair of its Economics and Damages Community.
Santiago has worked extensively as an economist valuation analyst and consultant for utilities, regulated, and nonregulated businesses, navigating between economic analysis, valuation, business advisory, regulatory analysis, and damages assessment.
A skilled practitioner in international disputes, Santiago has provided written and oral testimony or expert advice in more than sixty matters before ICSID, ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL/PCA, and ICDR tribunals, as well as before Canadian courts.
His research on damages in contractual and treaty breaches, published by Oxford University Press, and his numerous articles in the Journal of International Arbitration, highlight his expertise.
