We’re nominating Eva Paloma Treves, an Associate at Foley Hoag LLP.
She is Italian and Mexican and speaks Italian, Spanish, and English.
Eva is a member of her firm’s International Litigation & Arbitration Department. Originally trained in Italy, she focuses her practice on advising and representing sovereign States and State-owned companies in disputes related to foreign investment.
Before joining Foley Hoag, she practiced in leading international law firms in London and Italy. In addition, she worked on several high-profile investor-State arbitrations, representing the State and private entities.
What’s more, Eva also worked at the Permanent Court of Arbitration, where she assisted several arbitral tribunals in investor-State matters.
