Sam advises clients throughout the project lifecycle, including on contract administration, risk management, dispute avoidance and the resolution of high-value disputes. He has assisted on international arbitration proceedings relating to large-scale infrastructure projects and complex defect claims involving technical, contractual and liability issues. His experience spans the energy, transport and wider infrastructure sectors, including matters involving significant technical, commercial and cross-border considerations.
