Harvey & Jus Mundi announce an Agent-to-Agent Partnership Bringing Jus AI within Harvey

Press Release

Paris, November 4, 2026

Harvey and Jus Mundi, the AI-powered global law and arbitration intelligence platform, today announced a joint partnership. Through the partnership, Jus Mundi’s specialized agent – Jus AI – is integrated directly into Harvey’s Assistant, Agents, Vault and Workflows. This gives international arbitration and cross-border disputes teams authoritative, citation-backed research inside the same environment where they review case files and draft submissions.

The partnership brings Jus Mundi’s arbitration and international law agentic AI to the matter itself, without the matter leaving Harvey. A practitioner can test a client’s position against relevant awards, treaty practice and institutional rules, then compare that research with the record in a Harvey Vault. The result can go straight into a draft memo, pleading or witness-preparation outline, with every authority linked to its source on Jus Mundi’s platform.

What the partnership delivers

  • Research tied to the record: Jus AI delivers high-quality legal research and analysis grounded in Jus Mundi’s database of investment and commercial awards, decisions, treaties, procedural materials and publications, set directly against the matter’s own pleadings, exhibits and transcripts. Pinpoint cited research to source documents in Jus Mundi allow to check every answer before it reaches a tribunal.
  • Institutional content: Jus AI draws on Jus Mundi’s unique database, built on more than 100 partnerships worldwide, including with the IBA and leading arbitral institutions such as the ICC, the AAA-ICDR, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, DIAC, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
  • Authoritative secondary materials: Jus Mundi’s partnerships with leading publishers give Jus AI access to authoritative books and journals such as the ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletin, the American Review of International Arbitration, the ICSID Review, the Revue de l’Arbitrage, The Leading Arbitrators’ Guide to International Arbitration and Redfern and Hunter on International Arbitration.
  • Arbitration-specific Workflows: Jus AI runs inside Harvey’s Workflows, Agents and Assistant for the recurring work of a disputes team, from drafting a Request for Arbitration and verifying authority mid-document to reviewing exhibit bundles against precedent and flagging clauses that cite superseded international rules.
  • Enterprise-grade security: Delivered within Harvey’s existing security, confidentiality and data-governance controls.

“We built Jus AI to reason the way arbitration and international law practitioners’ reason. It is powered by Jus AI Tenet v5, our proprietary model trained for arbitration and draws on the world’s most comprehensive arbitration database, including content from leading arbitral institutions and publishers, with every answer traceable to its source. That’s why the best arbitration teams rely on it. With Harvey, that intelligence now reaches the matter itself, at the world’s most sophisticated firms. This is specialist AI at the scale, and with the context, that international disputes demand,” said Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO and Co-Founder of Jus Mundi.

“Our clients want the deepest domain expertise inside the platform where they manage their most important matters. Jus Mundi is the authority in international arbitration, which made them an obvious partner. Lawyers no longer have to leave their workspace to reach specialist arbitration research. They get it alongside their own matter context in Harvey,” said John Haddock, Chief Business Officer at Harvey.

“As the first firm to adopt Harvey at enterprise scale, we know AI is the most useful when it’s grounded in sources lawyers can trust like Jus AI. Bringing the two together gives arbitration teams a new way of working, with more time spent advocating for clients and focusing on strategic tasks,” said Emmanuel Jacomy, Partner at A&O Shearman.

Jus AI will be available in Harvey to joint customers globally at no additional cost by the end of the year. Firms with a Harvey subscription and a Jus AI plan can activate it through their Jus Mundi account team.
