is an LL.M. candidate in the Global Legal Practice Program at Keio University. He is a Vietnamese-qualified lawyer and was previously an associate with the Hanoi office of LNT & Partners, where he specialized in international commercial and construction arbitration disputes. He has acted as counsel in arbitrations between Vietnamese and foreign parties under the rules of the VIAC, SIAC, and ICC.
