Press Release
Singapore/Paris, 31 March 2026
The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Jus Mundi are pleased to announce that SIAC’s Compendium of Challenge Decisions is now freely accessible on the Jus Mundi platform, extending their collaboration to broaden access to institutional knowledge in international arbitration.
Prepared with the objective of facilitating greater transparency and accessibility for parties, counsel, and arbitral tribunals, while preserving the confidentiality of the proceedings, the Compendium contains redacted versions of decisions issued by the SIAC Court of Arbitration on challenges to arbitrators. SIAC has selected these decisions for redacted publication because they may offer guidance on challenge parameters for counsel and arbitrators alike.
Through this collaboration, the published challenge decisions in the Compendium will now also be freely accessible on the Jus Mundi platform and fully integrated into Jus AI – Jus Mundi’s agentic AI purpose-built for international arbitration — enabling deeper engagement with SIAC’s publications to support the continued advancement of international arbitration practice.
This initiative builds on the Memorandum of Understanding signed by SIAC and Jus Mundi in August 2025, under which both organisations expressed their commitment to jointly develop training programmes or workshops to enhance knowledge of legal technology and AI.
Through this partnership, BAC’s arbitration-related resources will be made freely available on Jus Mundi to legal professionals and academics in over 100 countries. The collaboration will support broader access to legal knowledge, encourage engagement with Azerbaijan’s arbitration framework, and contribute to the exchange of expertise across jurisdictions.
