Press Release
New York/Paris, 5 June 2025
The American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR) have partnered with Jus Mundi to launch the AAA-ICDR Dispute Resolution Library, and fully integrated into Jus AI, Jus Mundi’s suite of powerful AI assistants designed for arbitration professionals. The library is available for free to all users.
This launch builds on the initial collaboration from 2022, which made select non-confidential ICDR arbitration awards publicly accessible. The partnership now enters a new phase by making the full archive of the Dispute Resolution Journal freely available to legal professionals worldwide through AI-enhanced tools.
The Dispute Resolution Journal is widely recognized for its authoritative commentary on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. It features contributions from experienced arbitrators, academics, and practitioners, offering in-depth perspectives on international practice.
AI-Enhanced Access to Arbitration Expertise
All journal content is seamlessly integrated into Jus Mundi’s multilingual search engine, allowing legal teams to uncover relevant insights across jurisdictions and languages with precision and speed. Additionally, with integration into Jus AI, users can analyze the Dispute Resolution Journal content in context, extract arguments, assess scholarly views, and generate citations. These capabilities support more efficient legal research and help inform arbitration strategy.
Bridget M. McCormack, President and CEO of AAA-ICDR, said:
“We’re excited and proud to have our AI ClauseBuilder, Chat Book, and relaunched Dispute Resolution Journal creatively presented and available as part of Jus Mundi’s AI platform.”
The integration also reflects a growing alignment between institutions and the legal technology providers in delivering better access to high-quality research tools.
Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO and Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, said:
“We value the trust that the AAA-ICDR has placed in us through this partnership. Making the Dispute Resolution Journal available on Jus Mundi reflects a shared commitment to accessibility and excellence in legal research. We’re proud to help legal professionals around the world engage with this authoritative resource more easily, and more intelligently, than ever before.”
