The Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) Court and the International Arbitration Centre (IAC), together with Jus Mundi, are pleased to announce cooperation to make non-confidential IAC arbitration awards and arbitration-related court judgments from the AIFC Court publicly accessible on a global scale. This collaboration marks a significant step towards greater transparency in international dispute resolution and reinforces the AIFC Court’s and IAC’s position as the leading international dispute resolution institutions in Kazakhstan and Eurasia.   

Through this cooperation, Jus Mundi will curate and make available these AIFC Court judgments and IAC arbitration awards through its advanced legal intelligence platform, enabling lawyers, scholars, and the public to search and analyse them using Jus Mundi’s AI-powered tools. About AIFC Court  

The AIFC Court is an independent legal entity. It has its own procedural rules modelled on English common law procedures and leading international practice. The AIFC Court is separate and independent from the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It consists of two tiers: a Court of First Instance, which includes a specialist division known as the Small Claims Court; and a Court of Appeal.  It has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of the activities and operations of the AIFC and jurisdiction in the case of other disputes in which all parties agree in writing to give the AIFC Court jurisdiction. Суд Международного финансового центра «Астана» (Суд МФЦА) и Международный арбитражный центр (МАЦ) объявляют о сотрудничестве с международной юридико-технологической платформой Jus Mundi. В рамках сотрудничества на платформе будут размещены неконфиденциальные арбитражные решения МАЦ, а также судебные постановления Суда МФЦА, связанные с арбитражем.

Этот шаг направлен на расширение открытого доступа к практике разрешения споров в регионе и укрепление позиций Суда МФЦА и МАЦ как ведущих институтов международного разрешения споров в Казахстане и Центральной Азии.

В рамках этого сотрудничества постановления Суда МФЦА и неконфиденциальные арбитражные решения МАЦ будут размещены на платформе Jus Mundi и станут доступны специалистам в области международного права и арбитража. Благодаря современным технологиям искусственного интеллекта пользователи смогут находить нужные документы, анализировать практику и отслеживать тенденции в сфере разрешения споров в Центральной Азии.

О Суде МФЦА 

Суд МФЦА является независимым институтом. Имеет собственные процессуальные нормы, основанные на принципах и нормах английского общего права и передовой международной практике. Суд МФЦА является независимым в своей деятельности и не является частью судебной системы Республики Казахстан. Состоит из двух уровней: Суд первой инстанции, который включает специализированное подразделение, известное как суд мелких тяжб, и Апелляционный суд. Обладает исключительной юрисдикцией в отношении споров, возникающих в связи с деятельностью и операциями, осуществляемыми в рамках МФЦА, и в отношении споров, в которых все стороны в письменной форме соглашаются предоставить юрисдикцию Суду МФЦА. Международный арбитражный центр (МАЦ) является независимым институтом. Имеет свои собственные процессуальные нормы, разработанные по образцу лучшей международной практики.
