Press Release
Paris | Yerevan, 4 September 2024
The Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA) and Jus Mundi are proud to unveil a new partnership to support the continued growth of arbitration in Armenia and the wider region. In a shared effort to enhance transparency and accessibility in the global legal community, AMCA will publish select arbitration materials on Jus Mundi’s open-access platform.
Under this collaboration, AMCA will leverage Jus Mundi’s cutting-edge technology and comprehensive database to make non-confidential arbitration decisions and essential legal resources publicly available, empowering informed decision-making and supporting the development of arbitration best practices.
Jus Mundi’s extensive global reach will also elevate the profile of Armenia’s pool of arbitration talent and amplify the presence of Armenia practitioners via the Jus Connect professional network. This increased exposure is expected to reinforce Armenia’s standing in the global arbitration community and foster new connections for Armenian legal experts.
By promoting the dissemination of arbitration resources, AMCA and Jus Mundi share a mutual dedication to fostering knowledge-sharing and transformation, all while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
Tatevik Matinyan, Secretary General and Executive Director of AMCA, states:
“This is a significant milestone for AMCA as we become part of Jus Mundi’s global network. I am confident that this partnership will lead to a successful collaboration, filled with important events and achievements that will further our shared goals.”
Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, comments:
“We are excited to support The Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia in its mission to enhance its dispute resolution services. This partnership aligns perfectly with our goal to democratize access to international legal resources, and we look forward to contributing to the growth and success of AMCA.”
