About MARC

The Mediation and Arbitration Center Mauritius (MARC) has conducted arbitrations as far back as 1855 under the auspices of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI).

MARC was established under the firm belief that alternative modes of dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation are more supportive of the business community, and more conducive to harmonious and productive business relationships than litigation.
