The International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP) and Jus Mundi are delighted to announce a partnership to share non-confidential ICADRP arbitration awards and related ICADRP arbitration materials, openly to the general public, for greater understanding of arbitration in Pakistan, and for the benefit of the public good.
Through the partnership, ICADRP will select non-confidential ICADRP arbitration awards and related information for Jus Mundi to host on its open public database, allowing anyone in the world to search these materials using Jus Mundi’s open research tools.
Speaking about the partnership, Dr. Nudrat E. Piracha, CEO & Founder of ICADRP, stated that:
“An effective dispute resolution mechanism is crucial to increasing access to justice, foreign direct investment, and providing protection for investors’ rights and their investments. This partnership marks ICADRP’s commitment to institutionalize and promote ADR in Pakistan through transparent procedures without compromising the confidential nature of arbitrations.”

Following the announcement of the partnership, ICADRP and Jus Mundi will begin incorporating non-confidential ICADRP awards and related materials into Jus Mundi’s comprehensive international law and arbitration database. Materials will be made available in a range of languages as determined by ICADRP and the language of the arbitration.
