The Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre “TAHKEEM” and Jus Mundi are delighted to announce a new partnership to share non-confidential TAHKEEM arbitration awards and related Tahkeem arbitration materials, free to the general public, for the benefit of the public good. 

Through the partnership, TAHKEEM will select non-confidential TAHKEEM arbitration awards and related information for Jus Mundi to host on its open public platform, allowing anyone in the world to search these materials using Jus Mundi’s open research tools. 

Speaking about the partnership, Dr. Ahmed Saleh Alechlah, Director of TAHKEEM, stated: 

“This partnership marks a significant step towards transparency and accessibility in the field of arbitration. By sharing non-confidential arbitration awards and related materials, TAHKEEM aims to promote a greater understanding of dispute resolution processes while upholding the principles of fairness and justice. Our commitment goes beyond the sharing of information; it’s a dedication to fostering a global community that values open discourse, encourages legal scholarship, and contributes to the evolution of arbitration practices worldwide. Through this collaboration with Jus Mundi, we envision a future where the insights gained from these shared materials inspire positive advancements in the realm of international dispute resolution.”
