Recently, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC) and Jus Mundi, a renowned international legal database, have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement. GZAC’s typical cases and research results regarding arbitration will be published on Jus Mundi’s globally open public database, so as to promote Chinese arbitration to the world and to boost the world’s understanding of arbitration in China.
The head of GZAC said:
“Jus Mundi, a prominent international law and arbitration search database, facilitates global sharing of data on international commercial arbitration. GZAC will seize the opportunity of cooperation with Jus Mundi to further enrich the Chinese elements of the database and promote the common construction and sharing of international arbitration resources. This cooperation is also expected to disseminate Chinese arbitration’s innovative concepts and developmental achievements worldwide.”

About GZAC
Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (Guangzhou Court of International Arbitration) is is one of the first civil and commercial arbitration institutions in seven pilot cities following the promulgation of the Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China and is the only civil and commercial arbitration institution in Guangzhou. GZAC established the Nansha International Arbitration Centre in Nansha and three sub-commissions in Dongguan, Zhongshan and Chaozhou. Through setting standards, building platforms, collaboration, establishing norms, intelligentization, and stimulating growth, GZAC issued the first globally recommended standard for online arbitration (the “Guangzhou Standard”), established the first APEC-ODR platform, established the “3+N” tribunal mode and the “Four Sharing” arbitration cooperation mechanism, initiated the Nansha Consensus on Arbitration Cooperation, and developed AI arbitration secretaries. GZAC is dedicated to advancing the development of commercial arbitration by promoting globalisation, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and low-carbon solutions..

广州仲裁委员会与Jus Mundi达成战略合作
近日,广州仲裁委员会(以下简称广仲)与知名国际法律数据库Jus Mundi达成战略合作协议。Jus Mundi将在其面向全球开放的公共数据库中发布广仲精心收集整理的典型仲裁案例与前沿仲裁研究成果,让中国仲裁走出去,让世界加强对中国仲裁的了解和认识。
