The Shijiazhuang Arbitration Commission (SJZAC) and Jus Mundi are extremely proud to announce a partnership to share non-confidential SJZAC arbitration awards and related materials globally, to promote arbitration in China, and for the benefit of the global public good.
Under the new partnership, Jus Mundi will host select SJZAC non-confidential arbitration awards and related information, allowing the anyone in China or the world to search these materials using Jus Mundi’s advanced AI-based platform and open research tools.
Speaking about the partnership, Jianli Liu, Secretary-General, SJZAC, stated:
“Arbitration is an important part of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and the public legal service system. Since its establishment in 1996, SJZAC has always adhered to the purpose of handling cases with ‘fairness, integrity, efficiency, and convenience’.”
He added: “SJZAC has adhered to the professional, modern, and international development path, vigorously promoting the arbitration legal system and innovating arbitration methods, optimizing arbitration services, and building a strong arbitration team. SJZAC has also played a positive role in maintaining social harmony and stability, improving social governance levels, and promoting high-quality economic and social development.”
He continued: “Jus Mundi has provided strong support for the global sharing of international commercial arbitration data, and we are honoured to cooperate with Jus Mundi. We believe that the partnership between SJZAC and Jus Mundi will further expand SJZAC’s international reputation and influence, and enhance global understanding and trust of SJZAC.”

The partnership will see select SJZAC arbitration awards and related materials hosted on Jus Mundi’s comprehensive international law and arbitration database.

石家庄仲裁委员会和Jus Mundi宣布建立新的合作伙伴关系以分享非保密仲裁裁决

石家庄仲裁委员会（SJZAC）与Jus Mundi宣布建立合作关系，在全球范围内共享非保密SJZAC仲裁裁决和相关材料，促进中国仲裁发展，并造福全球公共利益。
根据新的合作关系，Jus Mundi将在平台上发布精选SJZAC非保密仲裁裁决和相关信息，允许中国和世界各地的用户通过Jus Mundi基于人工智能的先进平台和开放的研究工具搜索其材料。
在谈到该合作关系时，石家庄仲裁委员会秘书长刘建利表示：
“仲裁是中国特色社会主义法治体系和公共法律服务体系的重要组成部分，自1996年成立以来，石家庄仲裁委员会始终秉持“公正、廉洁、高效、便利”的办案宗旨，坚持走专业化、现代化、国际化的发展道路，大力推行仲裁法律制度，不断创新仲裁方式、优化仲裁服务、建强仲裁队伍，为维护社会和谐稳定，提升社会治理水平，促进经济社会高质量发展发挥了积极作用。”
他补充：
