TIAC and Jus Mundi Announce a New Partnership to Share Exclusive Arbitration Awards

Press Release

Paris, 29 August 2023

The Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) and Jus Mundi are delighted to announce a partnership to exclusively share non-confidential TIAC arbitration awards and related materials globally, for the benefit of the public good.

Under the partnership, Jus Mundi will host select TIAC non-confidential arbitration awards and related information, allowing the general public to search these materials using Jus Mundi’s advanced AI-based platform and open research tools.

Speaking about the partnership, Diana Bayzakova, Director, TIAC, stated:

“We are extremely proud to announce TIAC’s partnership with Jus Mundi to publish sanitised versions of TIAC awards (upon Parties’ written consent) and other non-confidential information. This will enable our users to better understand our operational framework and contribute to the transparency of TIAC’s decision-making.”

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO of Jus Mundi, said that:

“Uzbekistan is a vital business hub in Central Asia, and this important role is reflected in the establishment of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre in 2018. TIAC continues to grow and deliver its mission to international arbitration, and for this reason Jus Mundi is delighted to create this partnership to exclusively host non-confidential TIAC awards and related materials on Jus Mundi, making these materials available to anyone on the planet.”

The partnership will see select TIAC arbitration awards and related materials exclusively hosted on Jus Mundi’s comprehensive international law and arbitration database.
