ACALLC and Jus Mundi Announce Partnership to Make Armenian Arbitration Materials More Accessible

The Arbitration Court of “Arbitration” LLC in Armenia (ACALLC) and Jus Mundi have teamed up to make non-confidential ACALLC arbitration materials freely available to the world for the benefit of the public good and to enhance understanding of arbitration in Armenia.

Jus Mundi will host ACALLC non-confidential arbitration materials and information publicly, making materials searchable to the public through Jus Mundi’s advanced AI-based platform and research tools.

Discussing the partnership, Garik Mirzoyan, Director of the ACALLC, stated that:

“Maintaining confidentiality in arbitration according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia,  the partnership with Jus Mundi aims to widen international connection with the arbitration community and at the same time enhance transparency of international arbitration. For the Arbitration Court of “Arbitration” LLC the partnership will make dispute resolution services more widely accessible, and in this term  Jus Mundi will grant access to non-confidential arbitration materials to facilitate the competitiveness of arbitration proceedings.”

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO of Jus Mundi, said that:

“Jus Mundi partners with a diverse range of international arbitration institutions in seats across the globe. The partnership with ACALLC aims to improve global understanding of international arbitration in Armenia, enhancing legal knowledge for all.”

The partnership will see select ACALLC materials and information hosted on Jus Mundi’s comprehensive international law and arbitration database.


About ACALLC

The Arbitration Court of “Arbitration” LLC operates under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Comrnercial Arbitration”, and the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.

The Court aims to resolve disputes arising out of or related to transactions between individuals, banks or other financial institutions and their clients by an independent and impartial arbitration court without undue delay, through the work of arbitrators with deep professional knowledge and experience to resolve commercial disputes quickly, efficiently and impartially.
