Jus Mundi partners with FIAMC-CIETAC Chinese (Mainland) National Round

Good news!

Jus Mundi has partnered with CIETAC to offer complimentary access to Jus Mundi Legal Research. Jus Mundi is very pleased to be supporting the 14th Edition of the FIAMC-CIETAC Chinese (Mainland) National Round as well as the CIETAC 2021 Summer/Fall International Investment Arbitration Course.

Jus Mundi’s most comprehensive investment arbitration database will be helpful for all participants’ research.

FIAMC-CIETAC participants will have access throughout the competition until January 21, 2022.

CIETAC Course participants will have access throughout the competition until November 7, 2021.

Additionally, the FIAMC-CIETAC Chinese (Mainland) National Round winner team will get 1-year access to Jus Mundi Legal Research.

About The Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court (“FIAMC”) and the FIAMC-CIETAC Chinese (Mainland) National Round

The Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court (“FIAMC”) is the oldest and most prestigious moot court competition in the field of investment law. In response to the Belt and Road Initiative and with the great support from the Ministry of Commerce of China, CIETAC successfully organized 28 warming-up sessions in 2019. In 2021, as authorized by the FIAMC committee, CIETAC held the first China national round of the FIAMC and further expanded the scale of the moot court in China.

In 2022, CIETAC will continue to hold the 14th edition of the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court – CIETAC Chinese (Mainland) National Round, which will be conducted in English with a limit of 24 participating teams.
