The Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court (“FIAMC”) is the oldest and most prestigious moot court competition in the field of investment law. In response to the Belt and Road Initiative and with the great support from the Ministry of Commerce of China, CIETAC successfully organized 28 warming-up sessions in 2019. In 2021, as authorized by the FIAMC committee, CIETAC held the first China national round of the FIAMC and further expanded the scale of the moot court in China.

In 2022, CIETAC will continue to hold the 14th edition of the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court – CIETAC Chinese (Mainland) National Round, which will be conducted in English with a limit of 24 participating teams.
