is a Partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s Paris office and Global Co-Head of the firm’s International Arbitration practice. He represents governments, State entities and multinational companies in complex international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, including proceedings under the ICSID, ICC, SIAC, PCA, LCIA and UNCITRAL Rules. His practice has a particular focus on the energy and telecommunications sectors and disputes involving Africa and the Middle East. Wesley also heads the telecoms practice and co-leads the firm’s Africa Group. He regularly publishes and speaks on international arbitration and disputes in Africa.
