CRCICA Advances Institutional Arbitration Intelligence Through Jus AI

Press Release

Paris, November 5, 2025

  • English
  • Arabic

Jus Mundi, the leading platform for AI-powered international arbitration intelligence, today announced that the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), one of the oldest and leading arbitral institutions in the Afro-Asian region, has adopted Jus AI, Jus Mundi’s arbitration-focused AI agent.

Through Jus AI, CRCICA can leverage its rich multilingual repository of arbitration precedents and institutional knowledge built over decades. Jus AI enables CRCICA’s teams to search, analyse, and draw insights from CRCICA’s own materials, transforming its historical archive into an accessible and AI-powered resource.

This will support CRCICA’s legal and case management teams by helping them access institutional knowledge more efficiently, while preserving the value and confidentiality of its private database.

The adoption builds on the existing collaboration between CRCICA and Jus Mundi to expand access to arbitration knowledge from the Arab region, including CRCICA’s awards and the Journal of Arab Arbitration.

Jus AI combines agentic reasoning with traceable, citation-backed analysis, giving users a transparent way to explore complex arbitration materials and verify the sources supporting each answer. With vault-grade security certified to ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and SOC II standards, it meets the confidentiality requirements that international institutions demand.

Dr. Dalia Hussein, Director of CRCICA, commented

“Over more than four decades, CRCICA has cultivated a wealth of arbitral knowledge and institutional experience that constitutes an invaluable part of its legacy. We view the adoption of Jus AI as an opportunity to build on this legacy by reimagining how institutional knowledge is preserved, accessed and applied, enabling our teams to draw more effectively on the depth of experience accumulated over the years. As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the landscape of international dispute resolution, our ambition is to embrace its transformative potential in ways that advance institutional excellence and operational efficiency, while remaining firmly grounded in the principles of confidentiality, accuracy and integrity that underpin the legitimacy of arbitration.”

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, said:

“CRCICA has built a remarkable body of institutional experience and arbitration knowledge over many decades. We are proud to support the Centre in unlocking the value of its private repository of precedents and making that knowledge more accessible to its legal and case management teams through Jus AI.”
