Jus Mundi and CAM-CCBC Launch Free Access to AI-Generated Arbitration Award Summaries

Press Release

Paris / São Paulo, 20 Oct 2025

Jus Mundi and the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC) today announced the launch of free, open access to their comprehensive collection of AI-powered arbitration award summaries, debuting at the XII CAM-CCBC Arbitration Congress.

The collection represents a new standard for arbitration transparency. Built with Jus AI, Jus Mundi’s arbitration agent, and human-verified for accuracy, these summaries deliver unprecedented access to arbitral insights while maintaining confidentiality of underlying proceedings.

Intelligence Democratized

This marks the first systematic application of agentic AI that thinks arbitration to transparency initiatives. Each summary preserves the nuanced reasoning that defines quality arbitral analysis while making core legal insights accessible to practitioners, arbitrators, scholars, and students globally.

The collection features AI-generated summaries alongside select human-drafted analyses, with all content undergoing rigorous human review. Future volumes will leverage Jus AI exclusively, capitalizing on its specialized capabilities built for arbitration and proven capacity to deliver practical insights.

Access Without Compromise

The initiative preserves absolute procedural confidentiality while expanding access to arbitration knowledge through carefully anonymized, AI-generated summaries created with Jus AI’s specialized capabilities. Jus AI understands arbitration complexity in ways generic AI cannot match, ensuring summaries maintain the precision and nuance essential to quality arbitral analysis.

The launch during the XII CAM-CCBC Arbitration Congress underscores the importance of this transparency initiative for the Brazilian arbitration community and sets a precedent for international adoption.

Commenting on the collection, Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, said:

“We are redefining transparency through Jus AI, the only AI built specifically for arbitration professionals. This initiative is at the heart of our mission as we work alongside leading institutions, such as CAM-CCBC, to democratize arbitration intelligence without compromising confidentiality. This is not just about technology. This is about creating a more accessible arbitration ecosystem that better serves the community at large.”

Rodrigo Garcia da Fonseca, President of CAM-CCBC, also addressed the importance of the collection, stating:

“This initiative marks an important step in CAM-CCBC’s ongoing commitment to promoting transparency and accessibility in arbitration. By combining our institutional experience with Jus Mundi’s cutting-edge AI capabilities, we are not only expanding access to arbitral knowledge but also reinforcing Brazil’s role as a leader in innovation within the international arbitration community. The launch of these AI-generated summaries reflects our belief that technology, when used responsibly, can strengthen trust in arbitration and enhance the way practitioners, academics, and institutions engage with arbitral reasoning.”

Availability and Impact

The collection will be available immediately following the Congress on October 20th on Jus Mundi’s platform. Additional volumes will be released based on case development and institutional collaboration.
