The Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) and Jus Mundi are proud to announce a new partnership to make non-confidential arbitration awards and related materials readily available to the global legal community.  
 
This collaboration aims to enhance transparency and inclusiveness in arbitration, both domestically in South Africa and on an international scale, all while maintaining strict confidentiality standards. 
 
Jus Mundi’s cutting-edge AI platform will offer users unrestricted access to select AFSA awards and valuable arbitration resources, empowering them to gain deeper comprehension of the dispute resolution process and to make well-informed decisions.  

Through this partnership, AFSA and Jus Mundi underline their commitment to bringing awareness to best practices in arbitration.
