Jus Mundi-PCA Partnership to Broaden Global Access to Key Arbitration Resources

Press Release

The Hague/Paris, 2 September 2025

Jus Mundi is proud to announce a partnership with the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) to improve worldwide access to a broad range of arbitration and international law resources, reinforcing a shared commitment to the progressive development of international law and dispute resolution.

Under this collaboration, non-confidential PCA decisions and procedural documents are made available to the global legal community through Jus Mundi’s comprehensive database and powerful search technology. This initiative aims to broaden the reach and understanding of international arbitration and public international law jurisprudence, ensuring that practitioners around the world can access reliable legal information efficiently.

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO and Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, emphasizes the significance of this partnership:  :

“The PCA has long been at the forefront of international dispute resolution. This partnership is essential to our mission of powering global justice by providing transparent and equitable access to international legal resources. Together, we are enabling legal professionals to navigate complex disputes with clarity and confidence.”

Martin Doe, Deputy Secretary-General and Principal Legal Counsel of the PCA, noted the variety of contributions being made:

“For over 125 years, the PCA has been innovating in international dispute resolution. From historical gems to cutting edge precedents in inter-State, investor-State, and commercial arbitration, we hope to share these materials with the international dispute resolution community with the help of Jus Mundi.”

About the PCA

Established in 1899 to facilitate arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution between states, the PCA has developed into a modern, multi-faceted arbitral institution perfectly situated to meet the evolving dispute resolution needs of the international community.
