Press Release
London/Paris, 16 July 2025
The London Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation (LCAM) and Jus Mundi, a leading AI-powered legal intelligence and arbitration platform, are pleased to partner to make arbitral awards published under the LCAM Expedited Blockchain Arbitral Rules, along with related materials, readily available to the global legal community.
As part of this collaboration, LCAM will publish non-confidential arbitral awards rendered under the 2024 LCAM Blockchain Expedited Arbitration Rules on Jus Mundi’s open-access database. Documents will be enhanced using Jus Mundi’s advanced research tools to ensure that LCAM’s jurisprudence can be easily searched and applied by arbitration users across the field.
LCAM’s Advisory Board Chair, Jonathan Wood FCIArb, commented on the new cooperation:
“LCAM’s new Blockchain Expedited Arbitration Rules seek to lay new ground in the arbitration of technology disputes. The new Rules provide for anonymised awards to be published, which will provide clarity to this fast-growing field. To that end, LCAM is delighted to collaborate with Jus Mundi to bring future awards under this LCAM scheme to the attention of as many practitioners and users as possible.“
Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO and Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, said:
“This collaboration reflects LCAM’s forward-thinking approach to making arbitration knowledge more open and insight-driven. By enhancing access to LCAM’s blockchain arbitration awards through our AI technology, we’re helping practitioners engage with critical legal materials in a smarter, faster way. We’re proud to work with institutions like LCAM that are pushing the boundaries of how legal information is shared and understood.”
By joining Jus Mundi’s global network of partner institutions, LCAM contributes to the growing body of open legal resources supporting the international arbitration community. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to innovation and the advancement of the rule of law through digital access to legal knowledge.
About LCAM
LCAM is part of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry but is independent in its administration of disputes. The LCCI was established in 1881, with one of its five expressed objects being the resolution of disputes. Since its re-launch in 2020, LCAM has sought to provide innovative, efficient, and cost-effective mediation and arbitration services. The LCAM Expedited Blockchain Arbitration Rules 2024 were developed in collaboration with leading bug-bounty platform Immunefi and law firm Greenberg Traurig to harness the benefits of arbitration (including speed, ease of enforcement, and procedural flexibility) for complex web3 disputes, particularly those involving security researchers and software companies. One of the many unique features of the Rules is the publication of anonymised awards, reflecting the needs and wants of the Rules’ users.
