New Partnership Collaboration: Jus Mundi and WMAC Unite

Press Release

Paris/Beirut/Dubai, 12 November 2024

Jus Mundi and the Willminds Mediation & Arbitration Center (WMAC), a prominent dispute resolution institution based in Lebanon, are pleased to announce a strategic new partnership. This collaboration will make WMAC resources freely available to the international legal community through Jus Mundi’s database.

As part of this innovative alliance, Jus Mundi will host a curated selection of non-confidential WMAC awards, documents, and cases on its AI-powered platform. This integration will enable legal professionals and scholars worldwide to easily search, analyze, and gain valuable insights into arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on cases relevant to the MENA region.

This cooperation highlights the aligned vision and mutual dedication of Jus Mundi and the Willminds Mediation & Arbitration Center to promote transparency, knowledge-sharing, and best practices in the field of international arbitration. By combining Jus Mundi’s advanced technology with Willminds’ expertise and regional focus, this partnership aims to bridge gaps in access to arbitration resources and foster a more informed global legal ecosystem.

Speaking about the partnership, Pascale Dahrouj, Founder and CEO of WMAC, shared:

“This partnership with Jus Mundi represents a significant step forward in our mission to increase access and delivery of justice. By making WMAC resources available on Jus Mundi’s platform, we are removing barriers for practitioners, scholars, and the next generation of dispute resolution professionals. Together, we are creating a bridge between Lebanon, the MENA region and the international legal community, encouraging transparency and an informed global dispute resolution ecosystem.”

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO of Jus Mundi, commented:

“We are excited to partner with WMAC to support the pivotal developments taking place in the MENA region. Together, we aim to advance dispute resolution mechanisms in Lebanon and beyond. Jus Mundi is committed to supporting WMAC in its dual role as both an institution and an educational center to foster the future of arbitration practices.”
