Paris, 10 June 2024

ALARB and Jus Mundi Announce Partnership for Sharing Non-Confidential Arbitration Materials & Resources

The Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB) and Jus Mundi are thrilled to announce a new cooperation to encourage ALARB members to share non-confidential documents and related arbitration materials, which will be made freely available to the general public.

As part of this alliance, ALARB will contribute specific materials in the fields of international commercial and investment arbitration to Jus Mundi. These materials include journals and dictionaries, along with other relevant documents, all of which will be made accessible on Jus Mundi’s platform.

María Inés Corrá, President of ALARB, said:

“ALARB-Jus Mundi partnership reflects our commitment to fostering the free exchange of ideas and developing initiatives to promote the use of international arbitration in Latin America. By sharing our valuable resources through Jus Mundi’s platform, we aim at boosting the arbitral practice under equal conditions and qualified standards”

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, said:

“Through our association with ALARB, Jus Mundi is proud to expand access to critical arbitration materials and knowledge in Latin America, promoting transparency and advancing global legal justice. This collaboration underscores our shared commitment to democratizing legal intelligence and fostering a more informed and connected legal community.”

About ALARB

The Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB) is an institution established in 2011 by a group of jurists dedicated to the practice of international arbitration in Latin America. United by the conviction that arbitration is one of the most appropriate means for the resolution of international disputes involving Latin American parties or interests, this group decided to create ALARB as a forum for the free exchange of ideas, knowledge, and initiatives related to the evolution of international arbitration.
