CAM and Jus Mundi Announce an Exclusive Partnership for Sharing Non-Confidential Arbitration Awards

The Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM) and Jus Mundi are thrilled to announce a new partnership to share non-confidential CAM arbitration awards and related CAM arbitration materials, free to the general public, for the benefit of the public good. 

In the exclusive partnership, CAM will select non-confidential CAM-Madrid arbitration awards and related information for Jus Mundi to host on its open public database, allowing anyone on the planet to search these materials using Jus Mundi’s open research tools. 

Speaking about the partnership, Marta Lalaguna, Secretary General of CAM, stated that: 

“CAM stands as a beacon of reliability, where the delicate balance between confidentiality and transparency is meticulously maintained. Our commitment to these principles not only upholds the integrity of the arbitration process but also serves to fortify the business landscape, providing stakeholders with the assurance they need for effective dispute resolution and fostering a climate conducive to sustained economic growth.”

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, said:

“We are very proud to announce this important partnership with CAM, to share non-confidential awards on our platform, from one of the most vibrant hubs for arbitration in the region. CAM y Jus Mundi Anuncian Una Asociación para Compartir Laudos Arbitrales No Confidenciales

La Corte de Arbitraje de Madrid (CAM) y Jus Mundi se complacen en anunciar una nueva asociación para compartir laudos arbitrales no confidenciales de la CAM y material arbitral relacionado de la CAM, de forma gratuita en beneficio del público en general. 

En el marco de esta asociación exclusiva, el CAM seleccionará laudos arbitrales no confidenciales del CAM-Madrid e información relacionada para que Jus Mundi los aloje en su base de datos pública abierta, permitiendo a cualquier persona del planeta buscar estos materiales utilizando las herramientas de investigación abiertas de Jus Mundi. 

Marta Lalaguna, Secretaria General de la CAM, ha declarado lo siguiente acerca de esta asociación: 

“La CAM es un faro de fiabilidad, en el que se mantiene meticulosamente el delicado equilibrio entre confidencialidad y transparencia. Nuestro compromiso con estos principios no sólo defiende la integridad del proceso de arbitraje, sino que también sirve para fortalecer el panorama empresarial, proporcionando a las partes interesadas la garantía que necesitan para la resolución eficaz de litigios y fomentando un clima propicio para el crecimiento económico sostenido”.
