In a move to support the MENA dispute resolution landscape, the Lebanese Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Beirut and Mount-Lebanon Chamber of Commerce (LAMC) and Jus Mundi have forged a pivotal partnership to provide the global legal community with open access to non-confidential LAMC awards and related arbitration materials. 

Under this new alliance, practitioners and scholars from all over the world will benefit from insights and comprehensive information concerning LAMC arbitration proceedings, courtesy of Jus Mundi’s advanced AI-powered technology and research capabilities.  

This key partnership represents a significant stride in advancing arbitration know-how not only within Lebanon and the MENA region, but on a global scale. By promoting the dissemination of non-confidential arbitral decisions, LAMC and Jus Mundi share a mutual dedication to fostering knowledge-sharing and transformation in the realm of dispute resolution, all while upholding strict confidentiality standards. 
 
In discussing the cooperation, Rayan Kouatly, LAMC’s Secretary General, stated:

About the Lebanese Arbitration and Mediation Center

The Lebanese Arbitration and Mediation Center (LAMC) is an institution that provides administration and monitoring services for arbitration and mediation proceedings in Lebanon. It caters the local and international business communities, private and public institutions and the government. LAMC consists of the Lebanese Arbitration Center which was founded in 1995 and the Lebanese Mediation Center which was founded in 2012. LAMC’s services extend beyond merely conducting arbitration, encompassing a diverse array of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures within its established rules.
