He specialises in international arbitration and has acted in proceedings under the LCIA, ICC, SIAC, and UNCITRAL Rules, seated in London, Geneva, Paris, Singapore, and Bangkok. His practice covers the oil and gas, commodities, financial services, and defence sectors, as well as disputes involving digital assets. Oleg also handles arbitration-related court proceedings across several jurisdictions and advises on fraud and asset recovery. He previously headed the UK Representative Office of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, is a member of the Ukrainian Desk at Kennedys, and is a founding member of SPILKA.uk.
