Final-year law student at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, with a strong academic interest in litigation, dispute resolution, and white-collar crimes. While interning at AZB & Partners, he was given a research assignment on ESG arbitration by Dr. Abhimanyu Chopra, Partner, which sparked his interest in the subject and led him to write this article.
