Practising Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and former Assistant Legal Advisor and Special Public Prosecutor for the Directorate of Enforcement. With an experience of over 15 years, he has been associated with several significant investigations and prosecutions involving economic offences. In addition to his litigation practice, he has a keen interest in international arbitration and commercial dispute resolution, and regularly serves as a visiting faculty member for premier investigative agencies, including the CBI, ED, and NIA.
