The Câmara de Conciliação, Mediação e Arbitragem CIESP/FIESP (Chamber CIESP/FIESP) and Jus Mundi, the AI-powered global arbitration intelligence platform, today announced a partnership to publish Chamber CIESP/FIESP’s non-confidential arbitration awards on Jus Mundi’s platform. The agreement will make a significant body of Brazilian commercial arbitration practice accessible and searchable to practitioners, academics, and institutions around the world.
Founded in May 1995 by the Centro das Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo (CIESP) and the Federação das Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo (FIESP), Chamber CIESP/FIESP has administered arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and dispute board proceedings for three decades.
