CAS and Jus Mundi Announce Strategic Partnership to Expand Access to Sports Arbitration and Advance AI-Powered Legal Intelligence

Press Release

Lausanne/Paris, 26 March 2026

The Court of Arbitration for Sport / Tribunal arbitral du sport (CAS), the world’s leading institution for the resolution of sports-related disputes, and Jus Mundi, the AI-powered global arbitration intelligence platform, are pleased to announce a new collaboration to expand access to CAS jurisprudence and bring next-generation AI capabilities to the sports law sector.

Combining CAS’s unparalleled institutional expertise with Jus Mundi’s arbitration-first AI technology, this partnership is designed to serve legal practitioners, sports federations, and professionals operating across the full spectrum of sports dispute resolution.

Opening CAS Awards to the Arbitration Community

Through this partnership, CAS awards will be made accessible via Jus Mundi’s global research platform, unlocking a unique body of sports arbitration jurisprudence for legal practitioners across the field. Users will be able to search, analyze, and leverage CAS decisions using Jus Mundi’s AI-powered, multilingual research tools, bringing unprecedented transparency and accessibility to sports law.

By combining CAS’s depth of institutional expertise with Jus Mundi’s proprietary AI technology, the collaboration is set to define the next standard for how sports arbitration intelligence is researched, accessed, and applied.

Building the Most Comprehensive Sports Arbitration Resource

Jus Mundi launched a dedicated sports arbitration dataset in 2022, establishing a first-of-its-kind resource for legal practitioners and sports federations navigating the unique landscape of sports dispute resolution. The addition of CAS’s awards and resources creates an unparalleled offering, consolidating the most extensive and AI-searchable collection of sports arbitration intelligence available anywhere.

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, stated:

“This is a partnership that the sports arbitration world has been waiting for, and we could not be prouder to build it alongside CAS. As the undisputed reference in sports dispute resolution, CAS holds a body of jurisprudence that is central to the practice of any legal professional operating in this space. Making it fully searchable and AI-powered on Jus Mundi, in multiple languages, is a genuine milestone. Together, we are raising the bar for what legal practitioners and sports federations can expect from arbitration intelligence.”

About CAS

CAS is an independent organisation that resolves sports disputes worldwide. Established in 1984, CAS has tailored procedural rules to render impartial decisions through arbitration and mediation. Sporting bodies and athletes assign CAS the judicial authority to uphold an equal and just application of sporting regulations.
