ACICA and Jus Mundi Unveil Partnership to Support Global Arbitration

Press Release

Sydney/Paris, 11 April 2025

The Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and Jus Mundi, a leading legal tech platform for international law and arbitration, are pleased to announce a new collaboration to expand access to ACICA’s arbitration resources globally and support greater awareness of arbitration practice in Australia and the greater Asia-Pacific region.

As part of this collaboration, ACICA will make a wider range of its institutional resources available via Jus Mundi’s platform, where they will be presented with the support of the legal technology provider’s advanced AI capabilities, improving global accessibility and research capabilities.

ACICA and Jus Mundi will cooperate on initiatives to support arbitration practitioners by sharing knowledge, advancing standards, and fostering best practices.

Diana Bowman, ACICA Secretary-General, comments on the partnership:

“ACICA is pleased to partner with Jus Mundi, a trusted and innovative global resource for international arbitration.  This collaboration offers a valuable opportunity to support the continued growth of arbitration both within Australia and internationally, to elevate the visibility of Australian expertise and to encourage deeper engagement between Australian arbitration practitioners and the international arbitration community.”

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-founder of Jus Mundi, says:

“We are thrilled to be working with ACICA, a recognised institutional leader in arbitration in the APAC region and a driving force in promoting sustainable practices in the field. By making ACICA’s resources more accessible, we aim to contribute to the global legal ecosystem and foster meaningful connections across jurisdictions.”

With this partnership, ACICA joins a distinguished community of arbitral institutions that work with Jus Mundi to promote greater access to international arbitration knowledge.
