Jus Mundi Research partnership with the NLIU International Arbitration Moot

Jus Mundi has partnered with the NLIU-Justice R.K. Tankha Memorial International Arbitration Moot to offer complimentary access to Jus Mundi Legal Research. We are very pleased to continue our support for the second year in a row as the Official Research Partner.

Jus Mundi’s most comprehensive Commercial Arbitration database will be helpful for all participants’ research.

The NLIU-Justice R.K. Tankha Memorial International Arbitration Moot participants will have access throughout the competition until March 13, 2022.

Additionally, the winner team and the runner-up team of the Moot will get one-year free access to Jus Mundi Legal Research as a prize.

Training Session will be organized for all participants. The date will be announced soon.

The Case Record for the moot is scheduled to release by the second week of October 2021 and will be based on the current Arbitration Rules of Singapore International Arbitration Centre.


About the NLIU-Justice R.K. Tankha Memorial International Arbitration Moot

The National Law Institute University, Bhopal, India is organizing its flagship moot – the 7th edition of the NLIU – Justice R.K. Tankha Memorial International Arbitration Moot, 2022.

The moot is organized annually in partnership with the office of Senior Advocate and Member of Parliament – Mr. Vivek Tankha, in the fond memory of Late Justice R.K. Tankha, whose contribution to the judiciary has been remarkable and inspiring.

This edition is supported by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) as the Institution Partner, L&L Partners Law Offices and Allen & Gledhill LLP as Law Firm Partners.

Looking at the enthusiasm and willingness to learn amongst the participants, the Moot Proposition of the competition is based on International Commercial Arbitration, offering an opportunity to the participants to gain experience, learn and understand this upcoming and promising field of law.
