The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and Jus Mundi are delighted to announce a partnership to improve global access to documents in international arbitration for the benefit of the public good.   

The materials incorporated into Jus Mundi’s freely accessible and publicly available AI-powered search engine will include summaries of anonymized procedural decisions taken by HKIAC, also available on HKIAC Case Digest. 

Talking about the unique partnership, HKIAC Secretary-General, Sarah Grimmer, said: 

 “Jus Mundi is an invaluable research source for international arbitration practitioners. HKIAC is delighted to partner with Jus Mundi to provide users with insights into HKIAC’s procedural decision-making.” 

Jus Mundi has a significant role to play in increasing public access to the best legal materials in international law and arbitration globally, drawing on key institutional sources such as HKIAC. 

Commenting on the partnership, Jus Mundi CEO, Jean-Rémi de Maistre, stated that
