Investing in the Future of Global Arbitration: Jus Mundi’s 2025 Annual Donation Supports the PAW Fellowship Program

Press Release

Paris, 24 February 2026

Jus Mundi has announced its 2025 annual donation will go to the PAW Fellowship Program, a new initiative introduced by Paris Arbitration Week (PAW) as part of its 10th edition anniversary, continuing the company’s yearly tradition of investing in the future of the arbitration community.

Over the years, Jus Mundi’s donations have supported organizations advancing environmental justice, human rights, and women’s empowerment. This year, the company has chosen to contribute €3,000 to the Fellowship Program, reflecting both its longstanding relationship with event organization and a shared commitment to developing emerging talent in the field.

Investing in the Next Decade of Arbitration

As PAW enters its second decade, the Fellowship Program signals a forward-looking commitment to broadening participation in international arbitration. Selected Fellows receive financial support to attend the event, access to its full programming, and mentoring opportunities with experienced professionals, gaining not only exposure, but a structured pathway for professional growth, deeper subject-matter expertise, and visibility on the world stage.

With a particular focus on talent from Asia and Africa, the program recognizes the growing influence of these regions in dispute resolution while addressing the practical barriers that can limit access to established global platforms. As the field is increasingly shaped by practitioners, institutions, and cases connected to emerging markets, ensuring that legal professionals from these regions can participate in these conversations is essential to fostering a truly representative ecosystem.

Alexandre Vagenheim, Jus Mundi’s Vice-President of Institutional and Legal Affairs, said:

“At Jus Mundi, we believe that access to information, to opportunity, and to global networks is fundamental to strengthening the rule of law. Supporting the PAW Fellowship Program reflects our commitment to empowering the next generation of arbitration practitioners and ensuring that the future of international dispute resolution is as diverse and dynamic as the world it serves.”

A Natural Alignment with Jus Mundi’s Mission

Since its founding, Jus Mundi has sought to democratize access to international law and arbitration, making legal information more transparent, searchable, and accessible across jurisdictions. Supporting the Fellowship Program is a natural extension of that mission of powering global justice, ensuring that tomorrow’s practitioners can access the networks and opportunities they need today.

As a long-standing PAW partner, Jus Mundi has witnessed the event’s growth into a cornerstone of the arbitration calendar. The Fellowship represents not only a celebration of the past ten editions, but also a concrete step towards making the years ahead more inclusive and globally connected.

Athina Fouchard, PAW Board Member in charge of PAW Fellowship Program, said:

“We are sincerely grateful to Jus Mundi for supporting the PAW Fellowship Program in this milestone year. Together, we are opening doors to the future of arbitration, creating meaningful pathways for emerging practitioners and strengthening the global character of our community.”

Through this donation, Jus Mundi reaffirms its commitment to initiatives that create lasting impact, investing not only in institutions, but also the professionals who will define the future of international arbitration.
