Dalian International Arbitration Court (DIAC) and Jus Mundi are delighted to announce a partnership to make non-confidential DIAC arbitration awards and related documents freely available to the world, to improve understanding of arbitration in China and for the benefit of the global public good.
Under the partnership, Jus Mundi will host select DIAC non-confidential arbitration awards and related documents, allowing the general public anywhere in the world to search for materials using Jus Mundi’s advanced AI-based platform and open research tools.
Speaking about the collaboration, Fengyou BI, President of DIAC, stated that:
“We are proud to work with Jus Mundi, which uses artificial intelligence to provide powerful support for the global sharing of international commercial arbitration data. DIAC is located in Dalian, China, an international shipping center, international logistics center and regional financial center in Northeast Asia, where active international trade and commerce creates a wide range of dispute resolution needs. To meet the needs of the practice, DIAC is actively engaged in international arbitration and is committed to continuously improving its international arbitration services.
Among the many advantages of the arbitration system, confidentiality is one of the most important considerations for commercial entities to recognize and choose arbitration. Without compromising the principle of confidentiality, enhancing the transparency of arbitration and increasing the predictability and commercial certainty of awards has received widespread attention in the international arbitration community and has become a topic that DIAC continues to explore. The cooperation between DIAC and Jus Mundi is believed to further enrich the Chinese elements of Jus Mundi’s international law and arbitration database, expand DIAC’s international visibility and influence, and increase global understanding and trust in DIAC and Chinese arbitration.”

The partnership will see select non-confidential DIAC arbitration awards and material hosted on Jus Mundi’s comprehensive international law and arbitration database.

大连国际仲裁院（DIAC）和 Jus Mundi宣布建立合作关系，旨在为公共利益向全世界免费提供非保密的 DIAC 仲裁裁决和相关信息，以增进世界对中国仲裁的了解。
根据与DIAC的合作，Jus Mundi 将在其平台上发布DIAC非保密仲裁裁决和相关文件，使全球公众可以通过Jus Mundi基于人工智能的先进平台和开放的研究工具检索资料。
谈到这一合作关系时，大连国际仲裁院院长毕凤有表示：
