We’re nominating Prof Dr Cemile Demir Gökyayla, who just joined KP Law as a Partner and Head of Arbitration and ADR this month.
She is Turkish and speaks Turkish and English.
Cemile has more than 20 years of experience as counsel and arbitrator in numerous ad hoc and administered international arbitral proceedings under the UNCITRAL, ICC, DIAC, ICSID, TOBB, and ITOTAM arbitration rules governed by many countries’ laws.
She brings tremendous expertise in sophisticated cross-border arbitrations with a comprehensive understanding of key sectors, especially infrastructure, building, road, and energy projects.
