Jus Mundi Becomes the New Home of Delos’s Guide to Arbitration Places

Press Release

Paris, 9 April 2025

Jus Mundi is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Delos Dispute Resolution to make its Guide to Arbitration Places (GAP) available for the first time on a fully searchable, open-access legal research platform.

Previously accessible only as a PDF via the Delos website, the GAP will be published on Jus Mundi and integrated directly into Jus AI, unlocking a new level of access and usability for legal professionals worldwide.

This marks the first time the GAP is made available in an enriched digital format, tailored for legal research and global practitioners, available exclusively through Jus Mundi. While contributors may share their individual chapters elsewhere, this AI-powered, fully integrated edition is unique to our platform.

Created by Delos in collaboration with over 50 law firms and more than 60 expert reviewers under the direction of its General Editors, Thomas Granier and Hafez Virjee, the GAP is a comprehensive resource offering practical insights into the arbitration landscape of over 70 jurisdictions.

From safe seat evaluations and enforcement nuances to legal idiosyncrasies and tech-friendliness of jurisdictions, the GAP empowers practitioners with the knowledge they need to navigate cross-border disputes with confidence.

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-founder of Jus Mundi, shared:

“Delos’s Guide to Arbitration Places is one of the most valuable and practical tools in our field. By bringing it to Jus Mundi, we’re making it easier than ever for arbitration professionals to access critical, jurisdiction-specific insights, whether through intuitive search, advanced filters, or simply asking Jus AI. This partnership reflects our shared goal: to power arbitration practice with intelligence, clarity, and global reach.”

The integration with Jus Mundi ensures that users will benefit from:

  • Open access to all GAP chapters in a digital, user-friendly format
  • AI-powered navigation of jurisdiction-specific content through Jus AI
  • Cross-referencing with jurisprudence, treaties, and enforcement insights
  • Searchable access to all 70+ jurisdictions directly within the Jus Mundi ecosystem

Commenting on the collaboration, Professors Joongi Kim and Maxi Scherer, Co-Chairs of the GAP, stated:

“Jus Mundi and Delos Dispute Resolution are delighted to collaborate to increase the reach and impact of the Delos Guide to Arbitration Places (GAP). This collaboration will facilitate greater awareness and understanding of key arbitration jurisdictions worldwide, fostering informed decision-making among practitioners and stakeholders. It reinforces our shared commitment to transparency, accessibility, and the dissemination of reliable information in the field of international arbitration.”

This exclusive digital release continues Delos’s tradition of innovation and Jus Mundi’s commitment to providing global legal professionals with trustworthy, comprehensive, and accessible resources.
