Jus Mundi and the SCC Arbitration Institute (SCC) are thrilled to announce a new partnership to democratize access to essential arbitration materials. Through this collaboration, a curated selection of pseudonymized SCC awards and arbitration-related documents will be made accessible via Jus Mundi’s advanced AI-powered platform to foster wider access and knowledge-sharing in the arbitration community. 

This initiative marks a significant step towards greater transparency in international dispute resolution. By integrating SCC’s century-long expertise with Jus Mundi’s innovative technology, the partnership will offer unprecedented insights into arbitration practice.   

This cooperation reflects a shared commitment to fostering a more informed global legal ecosystem. Practitioners and scholars worldwide will have free access to valuable SCC resources through Jus Mundi’s comprehensive database, enabling more efficient research and analysis of arbitration trends and practices.

About the SCC Arbitration Institute

Founded in 1917, the SCC operates entirely without commercial or political interests as a non-profit and independent entity within the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

The SCC consists of a Secretariat headed by a Secretary General, together with an operational Board comprised of experienced dispute resolution experts. Every year, the SCC administers some 200 cases between parties hailing from 40–50 different nations. In 2023s, the total value of the disputes administered amounted to EUR 3.05 billion.
