The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) proudly announces the extension of its valued partnership with Jus Mundi to facilitate broader access to arbitration-related national court judgments from the Saudi Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court. The prolonged collaboration reinforces SCCA and Jus Mundi’s shared commitment to promoting transparency, accessibility, and excellence in the field of commercial arbitration.
As part of the cooperation, SCCA and Jus Mundi will make more than 1,000 national decisions readily available both locally in Saudi Arabia and to the entire international legal community. By utilizing Jus Mundi’s extensive database and AI-powered resources, navigating Saudi judgments will be streamlined to offer a deeper understanding of arbitration proceedings.
Commenting on the strengthened partnership, Dr Hamed Merah, CEO of SCCA, stated:
