TIArb and Jus Mundi Announce Exclusive Partnership for Sharing Non-Confidential Arbitration Awards

The Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators (TIArb) and Jus Mundi are delighted to announce an exclusive partnership to share non-confidential TIArb arbitration awards and related TIArb arbitration materials globally, for the benefit of the public good.

Under the new partnership with TIArb, Jus Mundi will host select TIArb non-confidential arbitration awards and related information on its public facing database, allowing anyone in the world to search these materials using Jus Mundi’s open research tools.

Speaking about the partnership, Madeline C. Kimei, President of TIArb, stated that:

“TIArb is delighted to partner with Jus Mundi as a leading platform championing global justice technology. This is a positive step towards new spheres that will further allow TIArb to position itself in enhacing arbitral practice in the East African region by enabling the practitioner and experts in the field to have access to a state of the art database. We  have witnessed Jus Mundi’s continuous efforts to innovate and to evolve at a rapid pace. We are priviledged to be part of this phenomenon”.

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-Founder of Jus Mundi, said:

“TIArb is a very important arbitral institution in East Africa, with over 20 years of arbitration and dispute resolution experience across the region and internationally. For this reason, Jus Mundi is delighted to bring TIArb’s non-confidential arbitral awards into the public domain for the whole world to explore, improving international understanding of TIArb’s extremely important work.”

The partnership will see select TIArb arbitration awards and related materials hosted on Jus Mundi’s comprehensive international law and arbitration database.
