At any given time, the team is managing approximately 15 active ICC arbitrations, the majority of which involve construction disputes within the energy and natural resources space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COSRO handles both domestic Brazilian matters and international cases, requiring its lawyers to navigate a dual-track research environment: deep Brazilian market knowledge alongside international case law, awards, and doctrine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Operational Challenge<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arbitration research at COSRO meant working across multiple disparate platforms to build a<br>complete picture on any given issue, adding time and complexity even to well-defined research<br>like tribunal constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a practice managing +15 simultaneous ICC cases, this was not sustainable. The team needed a way to conduct research that was thorough, fast, and reliable, without the overhead of switching between tools and databases to piece together a complete analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strategic Challenge<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As adoption of Jus AI grew across the arbitration community, it became clear the tool would be<br>integral to any practice aiming to deliver best-in-class representation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, clients were raising the bar. The firm&#8217;s integration with Sebar, CAMSE, and CBC gave COSRO access to Brazilian-specific cases and information that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to source, covering both the international and domestic dimensions of their practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The firm already used other AI tools across different departments.
