The secretariat of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)<\/a> and Jus Mundi<\/a> are delighted to announce a new collaboration to make UNCITRAL’s Case Law on UNCITRAL Texts (CLOUT)<\/a> abstracts fully accessible on Jus Mundi’s open-access platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n CLOUT is the leading resource for case law on UNCITRAL texts, collecting and disseminating court decisions and arbitral awards to support the consistent and uniform interpretation of UNCITRAL texts across jurisdictions worldwide. Anna Joubin-Bret<\/a>, the Secretary of UNCITRAL<\/strong>, stated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cPromoting the uniform interpretation and application of UNCITRAL texts is a key component of UNCITRAL\u2019s mandate to further the progressive harmonization and unification of international trade law. By ensuring that relevant jurisprudence is accessible across borders and legal traditions, and making CLOUT abstracts more widely available through Jus Mundi\u2019s platform, we are enhancing global access to UNCITRAL-related case law and supporting judges, practitioners, and policymakers in the consistent interpretation and application of UNCITRAL texts worldwide.\u201d<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Jean-R\u00e9mi de Maistre<\/a>, CEO & Co-Founder of Jus Mundi<\/strong>, stated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Partnering with the UNCITRAL secretariat is a real milestone for us. Through this collaboration, CLOUT abstracts \u2014 published as official United Nations documents \u2014 will be made available on Jus Mundi’s platform, enabling judges, academics and other law practitioners around the world to search, analyze, and leverage this case law using Jus Mundi’s advanced multilingual research tools.
