The Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre (OAC)<\/a> and Jus Mundi<\/a> are proud to announce the start of a strategic partnership to broaden access to arbitration resources from the Sultanate of Oman and the wider GCC region. The collaboration will advance practical, technology-driven solutions in research and professional practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of the collaboration, OAC will make selected non-confidential case materials and practice guidance available on Jus Mundi for practitioners, academics, and students worldwide. Combining OAC’s institutional leadership with Jus Mundi’s legal intelligence, the initiative will deliver trusted resources and expertise.
