The best way to improve your ranking is to keep your track record as complete as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Based on Robust Data<\/strong>: Our data comes from Jus Mundi\u2019s vast arbitration and international law database, <a href=\"https:\/\/jusmundi.com\/en\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">sourced from global institutions and associations, public sources, and professional contributions<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transparency<\/strong>: The process is clear and open, prioritizing merit based on the track records of arbitrators, lawyers, experts, chambers as well as law and expert firms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our Methodology<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All 86,000+ profiles listed on Jus Connect for law firms (11,000+), expert firms (900+), lawyers (58,000+), arbitrators (14,000+), experts (4,000+), legal experts (1,900+), tribunal secretaries (1,100) are automatically considered for the rankings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The data, derived from case documents and user interactions, is taken directly from Google Analytics and <a href=\"https:\/\/jusmundi.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Jus Mundi\u2019s database<\/a>, which powers Jus Connect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We consider all case data that was either concluded, pending or introduced from January 1, 2023 onwards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In our analysis for individual rankings, we focus on the profiles of arbitrators, lawyers, and experts without considering their positional hierarchy within their respective firms. We intentionally do not include judges, corporate legal counsel, and government lawyers in this evaluation.
