The Centre de M\u00e9diation et d’Arbitrage de Paris<\/a> (CMAP) and Jus Mundi<\/a> are delighted to announce a new partnership. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Through the partnership, CMAP<\/a> will select non-confidential arbitration awards and related information for Jus Mundi to host on its open public database, allowing anyone in the world to search these materials using Jus Mundi\u2019s open research tools. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Speaking about the partnership, Sophie Henry, Executive Director of CMAP<\/strong>, stated that: <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cNational and international arbitration at CMAP is continuously evolving, and we are pleased to contribute to the harmonization of practices through our collaboration with Jus Mundi, an innovative informational platform. With its flexible rules, attractive fee schedule, and list of arbitrators, CMAP is an institution that aims to meet the needs of parties and their counsel, as well as those of the arbitrators.
