Jus Mundi<\/a> and the International Law Section<\/a> & Section of Dispute Resolution<\/a> of the American Bar Association Announce Collaborative Co-Sponsorship to Enhance Global Awareness of Arbitration in the United States. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jus Mundi is proud to cooperate with the International Law Section (ILS) & Section of Dispute Resolution (DRS) of the American Bar Association (ABA) to collect non-confidential commercial arbitration materials and landmark arbitration-related judicial decisions from the United States and beyond to make them easily available to the global arbitration community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The objective of this sponsorship alliance between the ABA ILS & ABA DRS and Jus Mundi is to share arbitration developments and best practices from the US and ABA ILS & DRS members, while fostering greater accessibility to legal insights and uniting the international arbitration community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Jus Mundi has been publishing commercial arbitration materials in its database since April 2020.
