The Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators<\/a> (TIArb) and Jus Mundi<\/a> are delighted to announce an exclusive partnership to share non-confidential TIArb arbitration awards and related TIArb arbitration materials globally, for the benefit of the public good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the new partnership with TIArb, Jus Mundi will host select TIArb non-confidential arbitration awards and related information on its public facing database, allowing anyone in the world to search these materials using Jus Mundi\u2019s open research tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Speaking about the partnership, Madeline C. Kimei, President of TIArb<\/strong>, stated that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n “TIArb is delighted to partner with Jus Mundi as a leading platform championing global justice technology. TIArb continues to be an institution of choice for commercial arbitration and dispute resolution in Tanzania and the East Africa region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n TIArb offers exclusive administration of arbitrations governed by TIArb Arbitration Rules. It also serves as an appointment authority, assisting with the appointment of arbitrators to arbitrations conducted at the TIArb or elsewhere.
